About Northridge Community SACC

The Northridge Community SACC program is located at the Northridge Intermediate School in Johnstown, Ohio. The purpose of SACC is to strengthen families in the Northridge community by providing outstanding, affordable, before- and after-school care for school-age children attending school in the Northridge School District (K through 8th-graders).  Our hours are 6:30-9:00 am and 3:00-6:30 pm each day that school is in session.  We are also open for early release days from school.  Our program provides a nutritious breakfast in the morning and healthy snacks in the afternoon.

Although the structure of the program does not include Christian education, the goal of the program is to surround children with an environment of Christian love, nurture and support.  The program is designed to stimulate children to develop their God-given abilities through opportunities for enrichment in sciences, language, social skills, games, art, music and physical education.  It encourages development of discipline, respect, and self-esteem in children.  Parent input is highly valued.
